While we’re still nursing our hangover from SXSW this past week, the Australian takeover of America continues with a jam packed week of events that you won’t want to miss.

Melbourne superstars The Temper Trap plays the El Rey Theater in Los Angeles tonight and tomorrow.

Rappers Bliss N Eso are in Arizona tonight, The Vibe in Riverside, CA tomorrow, in Los Angeles at the Whiskey A Go-Go on Thursday and at the Red Fox Tavern in Eureka on Saturday.

Pond continues their s tour with the buzzy Oberhofer in Philadelphia tomorrow, New York City on Wednesday and Boston on Thursday.

Pets with Pets make their way cross country with shows in Los Angeles on Tuesday, Columbus, OH on Wednesday, upstate New York in Freedonia on Thursday and Buffalo on Friday before concluding with a gig at the Cake Shop in NYC on Saturday night.

Gold Coasters Gold Fields hit up the Knitting Factory in Brooklyn, NY tomorrow night.

Wednesday brings singer/songwriter Matt Corby to play a sold out show at Joe’s Pub in New York.

Celebrating a decade as a band, The Cat Empire plays New York’s Webster Hall on Wednesday and Le Royale in Boston on Thursday.

Paul Kelly‘s seemingly neverending A-Z tour powers on through L.A. on Tuesday, San Francisco on Thursday & Friday and Seattle on Sunday.

Newly signed Sub-Pop artists Husky open for fellow countrywoman Grace Woodroofe Wednesday at Philadelphia’s North Star Bar and Thursday at NYC’s Mercury Lounge.

You might have heard of a little singer called Gotye. He brings Kimbra along for this East Coast swing through Philadelphia on Friday and New York City on Sunday.

The shoe-gazey Bonfire Nights stop by Lit Lounge in Manhattan Saturday night.
