The CMJ Music Marathon has ended in New York City, but there are plenty of upcoming events for expats and Americans alike to enjoy. Stay tuned for coverage of the Aussie concerts from the past week.


The Crime and the City Solution reunion tour hits Brooklyn, NY tonight before shifting west to Hollywood, CA on Tuesday and San Francisco on Wednesday.

Sydney’s The Jezabels, who were just in New York City for CMJ, continue their trek across America this week in Burlington, VT tonight, Cleveland on Friday, Nashville on Saturday and Atlanta on Sunday.

The Universal Thump play their penultimate residency gig in New York tonight.

The Temper Trap play St. Petersburg, FL on Tuesday, Ft. Worth, TX on Thursday, Houston on Friday and Austin on Sunday.

Xavier Rudd‘s tour rolls through Ft. Lauderdale on Tuesday, Nashville Thursday, Columbus, OH on Friday and New York City on Sunday.

Big Scary, who were also in New York for CMJ and The Aussie BBQ, play another show in Manhattan on Wednesday night.

The Sapphires, a movie about four Aboriginal sisters who formed a girl group in the 1960′s continues to make the film festival rounds, featured at the Philadelphia Film Festival on Friday and the Gold Coast Film Festival in Long Island, NY on Saturday.

Finally, there’s another round of speeches at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire about Aboriginal artwork on Saturday afternoon.
