Australia’s Thunder From Down Under (whom we guess were formerly Manpower Australia) still do big (ahem) things as part of their ongoing performances in Las Vegas, and recently we learned (via a post on the the Australians in the USA facebook page) that they’re looking for new males to join their all-male revue.

Jokes aside for a second: for an Aussie entertainer who fits the bill, this could be a great job which leads to further entertainment possibilities. The group has been performing since 1991, had some great appearances on television and are generally pretty prominent in Vegas’ adult entertainment scene. Per their website, characters include Captain Jack Sparrow, and Spartans from the movie 300. Also on the website: a statement about ladies getting “fired up at the thought of a romantic and muscled fireman sweeping them up and creating heat on his own terms.”

If you’re interested, there are actually two different troupes you can join: one based in Las Vegas (at the Excalibur Hotel and Casino) and one that tours the world. They are seeking four male lead dancers and one MC, and you must be Australian (or Kiwi) to join. As you’d expect, there are also some restrictions on age and physique: to dance, you must be between the ages of 21 and 32, athletic and have the ability to proficiently perform choreography. The MC must be between 21 and 37, with great speaking ability and comedic timing.

If you’re interested, you can send your resume, head and body shots to matthew@tfdu.com
